1. Concept & Design
The journey begins with understanding our client’s needs. 2. 3D Modeling & AutoCAD
Once the concept is finalized, our engineers move into 3D modeling using industry-leading software like AutoCAD. 3. Precision CNC Machining

4. Forging Process
At the heart of Forged 66 lies our forging technology. 5. Quality Control & Timelines
Quality is never rushed. Each project follows a strict 25-day timeline, allowing us to carefully monitor every stage—from forging to finishing. Every rim undergoes rigorous testing for durability, weight balance, and alignment to ensure it meets both international standards and our in-house benchmarks.
6. Finishing & Client Approval
Customization is at the core of what we do. Clients can choose from a wide range of finishes including brushed, polished, chrome plating, satin, or even machine-faced. Once the finishing touches are applied, the rims are presented for client approval. Nothing leaves our facility until you are completely satisfied with the result.
7. Packaging & Delivery
When it comes to packaging, we believe presentation matters just as much as production. Every wheel is carefully wrapped and secured in protective, eco-friendly packaging to prevent any damage during transit. Whether you’re located in Singapore or across the globe, our logistics team ensures timely and safe delivery.
